About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team at LifeStance Health. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental healthcare services to our clients and community.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and testing intakes to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Administer and interpret psychological measures, including cognitive and behavioral assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including therapy and assessment services.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists, to provide interdisciplinary care.
  • Provide feedback sessions and clarify diagnoses to ensure accurate and effective treatment.
  • Complete documentation and maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
  • Fully licensed or license-eligible in Massachusetts.
  • Comfortable working with children and adolescent populations.
