- Implement care plans and communicate with Physical Therapists and physicians to ensure seamless patient care.
- Provide education to patients and their families on basic home safety and medical equipment safety.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
- Associates degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
- Valid license, registration, or permit to practice in the state of agency operation.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Licensed driver with a valid driver's license.
