KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and direct activities related to compliance with the Clean Water Act.
  • Facilitate the coordination of permitting and compliance obligations both internally and externally. Develop technical documentation and deliver presentations.
  • Support compliance efforts for MS4 General Permit and NPDES Permit.
  • Administer compliance for the Municipal Industrial Pretreatment Program.
  • Manage compliance activities for Public Drinking Water Systems.
  • Assist in the permitting processes for Municipal Land Application Programs.
  • Implement targeted marketing and project development initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Master's degree in Environmental Science or Public Policy.
  • Over 10 years of experience in a field related to water resources.
  • Prior experience with Environmental or Regulatory Agencies is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Capable of working autonomously as well as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
