Job SummaryAs a Breakfast Attendant with Shaner Hotel Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless breakfast experience for our guests. This role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, maintain, and break down the breakfast bar line, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
- Prepare and serve food items at the breakfast bar, replenishing as needed.
- Assist with inventory management and follow maintenance programs.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest complaints and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the hotel team to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Requirements
- Minimum one year customer service experience, with previous hotel experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and co-workers.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
- Knowledge of local activities and attractions is a plus.
