Job Summary

As a Breakfast Attendant with Shaner Hotel Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless breakfast experience for our guests. This role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, maintain, and break down the breakfast bar line, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
  • Prepare and serve food items at the breakfast bar, replenishing as needed.
  • Assist with inventory management and follow maintenance programs.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest complaints and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the hotel team to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Requirements
  • Minimum one year customer service experience, with previous hotel experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests, management, and co-workers.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
  • Knowledge of local activities and attractions is a plus.
