Position Overview:

The Parking Enforcement Officer is responsible for monitoring and regulating parking within the university's extensive parking facilities. This role involves utilizing advanced technology to ensure compliance with parking regulations and providing assistance to motorists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular patrols of designated areas using license plate recognition systems and other tools.
  • Enforce parking policies through educational outreach, issuance of citations, and immobilization of vehicles when necessary.
  • Operate various technological devices, including computers and handheld equipment, to manage parking operations.
  • Assist with traffic control during events and provide support to motorists in need.
  • Engage with students, faculty, staff, and visitors to address inquiries and enhance the campus experience.
  • Collaborate with external operations and other departments to ensure smooth functioning of campus activities.
  • Perform routine inspections of vehicles to maintain safety and compliance.

Qualifications:
