    • Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to management in a timely manner.
  • Property Inspections
    • Conduct regular inspections of the hotel property to identify any maintenance or repair needs.
    • Document and report any issues or concerns to management.
  • Guest Services
    • Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their maintenance and repair needs in a timely and professional manner.
    • Assist guests with any issues or concerns they may have.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with other members of the facilities team to ensure that maintenance and repair tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Communicate with management and other departments to ensure that maintenance and repair needs are met.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Previous experience in maintenance and repair, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
    • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
