F45 Training is a fast-growing fitness network that's seeking talented Trainers to join our team at F45 Cranford, NJ. As a Trainer, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional workouts and creating a positive, motivating environment for our members.

We're looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated to succeed in the fitness industry. If you're a natural people person with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  • Teach HIIT circuit classes to groups of varying sizes and abilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members to foster a loyal following
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and drive studio growth

Requirements:

  • Current National Certification (any type of fitness)
  • CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic and motivating personality
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
