Collaborative Nurse Leader

The Registered Nurse is a vital member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of safety and excellence. As a collaborative nurse leader, you will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to evaluate clinical care and health services, and participate in department-specific quality initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care, collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed.
• Provide transformational leadership in a professional practice setting, striving to create and participate in the future of healthcare.
• Participate in systematic peer review and obtain informal feedback regarding one's own practice from patients, peers, professional colleagues, and others.
• Identify areas of strength and weakness, and seek opportunities for professional development to enhance clinical and professional skills and knowledge.
• Promote patient safety initiatives, such as National Patient Safety Goals, and participate in department-specific quality initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
• Completed RN training program and have PA RN licensure or have applied for practice permit.
• CPR Certification.
• Certification in area of specialty (preferred).
