Dairy Merchandiser

Job Summary:

As a Dairy Merchandiser at Shamrock Foods Company, you will be responsible for replenishing merchandise displays in retail stores. This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Examine merchandise displays to identify items in need of replenishment
• Pull back-stock from storage areas to refill displays, rotating stock using FIFO system
• Work closely with department managers to explain and resolve out-of-stock situations
• Complete equipment move order paperwork and deliver freezers to designated customer locations
• Stock storage areas and displays with new or transferred merchandise
• Participate in store displays and resets
• Set up advertising signs and displays of merchandise on shelves, counters, or tables
• Travel between store locations in assigned territory
• Clean display cases, shelves, and aisles

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• One to three months related experience and/or training preferred
• Ability to understand all policies, procedures, instructions, rules, and regulations associated with this position
