Studio Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Studio Manager to join our team at Waxing the City Parker. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the studio, leading a team of Cerologists, and delivering an exceptional client experience.

• Client Acquisition and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Inventory Management: Oversee the management of inventory, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Local Marketing and Community Engagement: Develop and execute local marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth, while engaging with the local community and building strong relationships.
• Staff Recruitment, Hiring, Management, Development, and Retention: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a team of Cerologists, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Studio Upkeep: Ensure the studio is maintained to the highest standards, including cleaning, maintenance, and safety protocols.
• P&L Management: Oversee the financial performance of the studio, ensuring profitability and making adjustments as needed.
• System Wide Promotions and Club Orange Loyalty Program Growth and Retention: Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and retention of the Club Orange loyalty program and system-wide promotions.
