Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a receptionist at Jon Rohloff State Farm Agent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Greeting and Support: Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Appointment Scheduling and Office Communications: Manage appointment scheduling and office communications to ensure seamless client interactions.
  • Customer Record Management: Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining accurate customer records.
  • Sales and Customer Engagement: Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions.
  • Administrative Support: Provide excellent customer service, follow up on client needs, and support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Organizational and Multitasking Abilities: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations and providing excellent customer service.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
