We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Lead - Manufacturing to join our team in Indianola, PA.

This role involves leading the digital transformation initiative at the Site, working closely with Site Engineers and IT professionals to deliver complete solutions to improve operational performance, support and enhance capability, and deliver and maintain technology systems at the site.

The estimated salary for this position is $130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role:

This is a strategic leadership role, requiring strong business acumen and technical expertise. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the Site's Digital Roadmap, identifying required resources for roadmap execution, and maintaining compliance to Cyber Security Program implementing procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the Site's Digital Roadmap, identifying required resources for roadmap execution;
  • Maintain compliance to Cyber Security Program implementing procedures;
  • Support the development and execution of the Site's Digital Roadmap and identifies required resources for Roadmap execution;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent discipline OR 4 – 7 years combined experience with relevant technology;
  • Experience with manufacturing process control systems, supporting applications, infrastructure and ongoing process improvement efforts;
  • Strong business acumen and technical expertise;
  • Knowledge of good change management and software validation systems as they relate in a regulated environment;
