Job Description**

As the Director of Production & Broadcasting, you'll be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing stunning video content and motion graphics for Mtn Dew Park's video board. This includes operating cinema-style cameras to capture events, green screen shoots, interviews, and game footage. You'll also work closely with internal departments to design and produce motion graphics from conception to completion.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

• Conceptualize and design video content and motion graphics for all Mtn Dew Park video board.
• Operate cinema-style cameras to capture events, green screen shoots, interviews, and game footage.
• Work with other internal departments to design and produce motion graphics from conception to completion.
• Manage the control room equipment and day-to-day production operations.
• Assist in the development, planning, and execution of new in-stadium concepts and production.
• Demonstrate proficiency with various video editing and graphic software, including Adobe Creative Suite.
• Work game days and special events in multiple control room positions.
• Be an active participant in the Event Presentation and Production Department (EPP).
• Schedule and train production interns/employees.
• Organize media files into the Thrillbillies Production Drive.
• Work with the Director of Entertainment on game day script and game day show.
• Provide creative ideas for producing the game day show.

Requirements and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A degree in a related field, such as film, television, or digital media.
• At least 2 years of experience in video production, broadcasting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects, Premiere, Lightroom, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• A passion for creating engaging and entertaining content.

Salary and Benefits**

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. AEG offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
