Grounds Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Management Professional to join our team at Pursuit Collection.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and assisting grounds team members in daily operations of grounds and gardening. This includes all aspects of standard golf course and outdoor grounds maintenance, such as mowing, trimming, gardening, and general beautification of grounds.
Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate grounds team members to ensure effective daily operations.
- Perform a variety of tasks related to grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, gardening, and general beautification of grounds.
- Repair fences, gates, walls, and walks using masonry or other tools as required.
- Maintain all areas around hotel, lodge, cabins, and RV park.
- Operate power equipment, such as various mowers, trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, etc.
- May be asked to assist with trash removal and hauling.
- Fills propane tanks for RV park guests.
- Keeps record of potential safety and maintenance issues and communicates details to supervisor.
- Minimum 5 years experience in golf course/hotel groundskeeping operations and maintenance required.
- Valid drivers' license required.
- Substantial knowledge of flower plantings, bed care, and selection of appropriate materials.
- Project management skills required.
- Experience operating a variety of power equipment required.
- Work-ethic and commitment to the team and guest is key.

The Grounds Management Professional will work in a beautiful and unique environment surrounded by trees, lakes, and blue-bird skies. The role requires walking, stair climbing, bending, reaching, lifting (up to 50 pounds with assistance) as required.
CompensationThe estimated salary for this role is $18.00 per hour, which reflects the level of responsibility and expertise required for this position.
