As a Clinical Dietitian, you will play a vital role in providing medical nutrition therapy and nutritional counseling to patients. If you are a registered dietitian with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide medical nutrition therapy and nutritional counseling to patients
  • Conduct nutritional and dietary assessments and develop nutritional and dietary treatments
  • Participate in department and hospital performance improvement activities
  • Serve as a liaison between nursing units and the department
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Current Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) Certification issued by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
  • Two years of acute hospital clinical experience preferred
  • Maintains dietetic registration, state-required credentials, and continuing education
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Dietetics, Food, and Nutrition from a U.S. regionally accredited college or university
  • Completion of a didactic dietetics program and a supervised practice program approved by the Commission on Accreditation for Dietetics Education (CADE) of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
Work Environment

This per diem position may require flexibility of hours and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
