Qualifications for Automotive Service Technicians:
- Must possess a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic is essential
Responsibilities of Automotive Service Technicians:
- Conduct routine maintenance services on customer vehicles.
- Perform inspections and recommend necessary additional maintenance or repairs.
- Follow the guidelines outlined in the repair order.
- Keep the Service Advisor informed about the vehicle's progress.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure 100% accuracy and customer satisfaction through teamwork.
- Maintain an open mindset and share ideas for improving operational efficiency.
