Geriatric Care Specialist Opportunity

Aegis Therapies is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Kauai Care Center - Waimea, HI. As a Geriatric Care Specialist, you will work with patients in a skilled nursing facility setting, providing occupational therapy services to promote independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence and quality of life
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Qualifications:
