Job Title: School Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled School Psychologist to join our team at Insight Global. As a School Psychologist, you will play a critical role in supporting students in K-12 schools in the greater Douglas County Area.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in School Psychology or a related field and a Colorado Department of Education Special Services License as a School Psychologist. You will be responsible for creating an inclusive and respectful learning environment for a diverse population of students, alleviating barriers to learning, engaging students as individuals with unique interests and strengths, and promoting student success at their developmental level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement case management skills, crisis prevention, intervention, response, and recovery efforts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of every treatment/session delivered to students, whether direct or indirect services.
  • Document services for students who are eligible for Medicaid reimbursement, if current DORA license is held.
  • Complete progress monitoring and progress reporting to obtain and communicate data regarding student advancement.
Benefits:

We offer a competitive hourly range of $45-$65, with exact compensation varying based on skills, experience, and education. Our benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
