Job Summary

As a Personal Care Aide with Interim HealthCare, you will provide essential support to seniors in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. This rewarding role requires a compassionate and caring individual who can assist with daily living activities, provide medication reminders, and ensure a safe home environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and light housekeeping
  • Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with shopping and transportation
  • Provide companionship and engage clients in activities that bring them joy
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition to supervisors
  • Ensure a safe and comfortable living environment

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, and active Home Care Aide registration in PA
  • 6 months of experience in a healthcare role, preferred
  • CPR certification and Covid-19 vaccination card
  • Valid PA driver's license, auto insurance, and State Issued ID Card
  • Compassionate and caring nature, good communication skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
