Cake Decorator Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Cake Decorator to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and delicious baked goods that meet our high standards.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the total club meets the member's expectations.
- Plan and execute bakery productions, ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of bakery decorative designs.
- Work with a variety of products to create decorative flowers and lettering on bakery items.
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management.
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
- Identify member needs and assist members with purchasing decisions.
- Resolve member issues and concerns.
- 6 months' experience in fresh production area.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
