Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship and engage in lively conversations to create a positive and supportive environment for our clients.
  • Assist with meal preparation, grocery shopping, housekeeping, and laundry to ensure a structured and comfortable living space.
  • Attend to the individual needs of our clients with a focus on maintaining their dignity.
  • Remind clients of medication, watch for health changes, and effectively communicate any concerns to the appropriate parties.
  • Ensure client safety and maintain a clean and organized environment for their well-being and yours.

Requirements:

  • Empathy and a people-oriented mindset to understand others' emotions and perspectives.
  • Authorization to work in the US and a successful background check.
  • Reliable transportation to fulfill work duties.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills to build relationships and effectively engage with clients.
  • Ethics, responsibility, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Physical capability to meet the demands of caregiving.
  • Must clock in/out using HHAX app as required by the State of Texas.
