We seek a compassionate Care and Enrichment Specialist to join our community at Greencroft Communities.

The estimated salary for this role is $58,000 - $68,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

In this position, you will design, coordinate, and implement meaningful activities and programs for our memory care residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Activity Planning: Create and lead a variety of activities, such as music therapy, pet visits, and educational sessions, catering to diverse resident needs and interests.
  • Logistics and Supply Management: Coordinate with vendors, manage supplies, and ensure efficient program execution.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with healthcare teams, families, and residents to understand their needs and preferences, providing regular updates and progress reports.
  • Professional Growth: Engage in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices in dementia care and share knowledge within the team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification as an activity professional or dementia care specialist is desirable.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in geriatric programming, particularly in memory care environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with residents, families, and colleagues.
