- Understands all food menu descriptions.
- Ensures stock levels meet established standards.
- Conducts daily inventory and informs staff of any unavailable items.
- Verifies that all patrons are at least 21 years old.
- Provides accurate reporting of all income received during shifts.
- Sells beverages responsibly, prioritizing the guests' interests.
- Maintains a seamless flow of service between bar and server requests.
- Handles cash and other payment transactions with precision.
