Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate clients' needs and develop personalized therapy plans to enhance their functional abilities and overall quality of life.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills, including activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs).
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective treatment and support.
  • Monitor and document client progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Educate clients and their families on techniques and strategies to enhance independence and promote healthy habits.
Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Certification as an Occupational Therapist (OTR) preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
