Key Responsibilities:

As an Infant and Toddler Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for our youngest learners. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Demonstrating a profound love and commitment to the development of children.
  • Utilizing your experience in childcare to foster a nurturing atmosphere.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the educational experience.
  • Implementing a curriculum that allows for creativity and individual expression.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a childcare setting.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
  • A flexible approach to working with children aged 6 weeks to 12 years.
  • Relevant certifications or training in early childhood education.
  • A CDA or Bachelor’s degree in Education is preferred, as we aim to hire the most qualified professionals.
