Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our facilities, ensuring a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all areas of the facility are clean and well-maintained.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient operation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a hospital or nursing home setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Ability to read and write English fluently.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software applications.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
