Key Responsibilities- Perform scheduled maintenance tasks on a variety of machines and equipment, adhering to maintenance schedules and guidelines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems or abnormalities in the machines.
- Collaborate with team members and team leads to analyze and resolve complex technical problems.
- Calibrate and align machinery to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when working with the machinery, as well as comply with industry regulations and standards to ensure equipment is operating within legal and safety parameters.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 3 years work-related experience.
- Knowledge of computer systems and spreadsheets necessary to perform job duties.
- Knowledge of both high and low voltages AC & DC.
- 2 years of plumbing and electrical experience.
- Ability to communicate with project vendors/suppliers.
- Proven experience in machine maintenance, repair, or related field, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Ability to promote and carry out the Hitachi philosophy.
- Proven ability to make sound business decisions, exercises good judgement and be highly motivated.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
