Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Management: Enhance the overall GMP manufacturing workflow by ensuring accurate data management throughout the manufacturing process. Responsibilities include conducting batch throughput evaluations, supporting data integrity initiatives, leading investigation assessments, and collaborating with QA and Manufacturing teams to rectify batch documentation.
2. Manufacturing Support: Improve GMP manufacturing operations by ensuring timely completion of essential functions outside of standard processing. This includes coordinating product changeovers, managing batch material orders, and acting as a liaison for material handling and inventory management. Additionally, the role involves maintaining logbooks and related documentation to ensure readiness for production.
3. Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the manufacturing team to identify performance enhancement opportunities. This involves assisting teams in recognizing improvement areas and developing actionable solutions, as well as analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a GMP setting.
- Associate's degree or equivalent with at least 2.5 years of direct experience in a GMP environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific field preferred, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a GMP context.
