Senior Automotive Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Automotive Service Manager to lead our team at Midas Auto Service - JC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
About the Role- Manage and direct all automotive and general service technicians in the operation of the shop.
- Recruit, hire, train, motivate, evaluate, schedule, and coach employees.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers.
- Follow up with customers on services requested, estimated completion times, etc.
- Oversee complete vehicle inspections and make comprehensive recommendations, building computerized repair orders and sourcing parts.
- Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers, as well as promote shop service specials.
- Lead, manage, and train team members while keeping in tune with our company's vision, purpose, core values, and employee creed.
- Oversee all sales, accounting, and clerical functions from Service Advisors.
- Responsible for inventory counts and maintaining overall cleanliness and organization of the facility, including environmental compliance.
- Employees' payroll; record keeping of hours and scheduling.
- Updating and submitting daily sales reports to Corporate.
The salary for this position is estimated to be in the range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, and paid time off.
