Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance satisfaction through effective sales techniques.

  • Establish and nurture productive relationships with both wholesale and retail clients.
  • Accurately process sales transactions in accordance with company policies.
  • Consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain organized work order files and product formulas.
  • Retrieve products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
  • Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications.
  • Restock shelves and arrange displays to enhance product visibility.
  • Ensure cleanliness of store equipment.
  • Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
  • Support delivery operations as required.
  • Keep assigned areas well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Stay knowledgeable about available products and options.
  • Adhere to inventory management protocols.
  • Propose strategies to boost sales performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
  • Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship.
  • Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Capability to tint paint according to customer color specifications, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service roles.
  • Prior experience in selling paint and related products.
  • Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in more than one language.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish.
