About the Role:
This is a full-time opportunity for an attending physician to join our growing medical team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, managing acute and chronic pain, and performing interventional pain procedures. Our team approach ensures that patients receive comprehensive care, and we strive to provide a supportive and collaborative environment for our physicians.
Responsibilities:
Patient care management, including acute and chronic pain management
Patient exam and evaluation, including medical history and relevant imaging studies
Direct patient care, including diagnoses and treatment plans
Perform interventional pain procedures, including intra-articular injections and RFA
Referral as needed for imaging and consultation with other specialties
Regularly reassess patients to determine effectiveness and progress
Patient education on diagnosis, treatment plan expectations, and post-care plan
Coordination of treatment plan with patient and other team members
Accurate and timely documentation
Collaboration with other MDs, mid-level providers, therapists, and staff for comprehensive care
Qualifications:
BC/BE in Internal Medicine, Rheumatology, or Emergency Medicine
MD or DO licensed to practice medicine in VA
Benefits:
Competitive salary range: $220k-$330k before benefits
Bonus compensation ranging from $5k-$40k per year, depending on performance
Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance
