About the Role
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Facilitator to join our team at Elevo Learning. As a Program Facilitator, you will be responsible for leading social-emotional learning and enrichment activities for TK-K-6th grade students, promoting physical, mental, and academic well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement engaging lesson plans that promote social-emotional learning and enrichment activities.
  • Lead groups of up to 20 students in various activities, including STEAM, music, and Lego.
  • Assist with homework completion and snack distribution.
  • Effectively manage student behavior and ensure student safety during outdoor activities.
  • Work collaboratively with staff and school administrators to provide a positive and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience working with elementary and/or middle school students.
  • Strong understanding of social-emotional learning principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
