Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery

OneStaff Medical is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery to join our team for a travel nursing assignment in a reputable hospital in Willmar, Minnesota.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Labor and Delivery Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. As a Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery, you will be responsible for monitoring the health and well-being of mothers and their newborns during labor and childbirth, providing emotional support and coaching to patients and their families, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized care to patients during labor and childbirth, monitoring vital signs and responding to emergencies as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  • Provide emotional support and coaching to patients and their families, promoting a positive and supportive environment.
  • Monitor and report on patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and new technologies.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Minnesota.
  • Experience in Labor and Delivery nursing, with a strong focus on patient care and safety.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a focus on patient-centered care.
