Auditory Care Opportunity

Align ENT & Allergy is seeking a skilled Audiologist to join our team five days a week. As an Audiologist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with hearing and balance disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments using audiometric tests and other diagnostic tools to identify hearing and balance disorders.
  • Consult with patients to discuss test results, explain diagnoses, and recommend appropriate treatment options.
  • Develop customized treatment plans based on individual patient needs, which may include hearing aids, assistive listening devices, or other therapeutic interventions.
  • Provide expert guidance on selecting, fitting, and adjusting hearing aids for optimal comfort and performance.
  • Counsel patients and their families regarding hearing loss, communication strategies, and coping mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including test results, treatment plans, and progress notes.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Audiology from an accredited program.
  • State licensure and certification as an Audiologist.
  • Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Compassion and empathy for individuals with hearing challenges.
