Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and Serve Drinks: Mix and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and wines to our guests.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Engage with guests, take orders, and ensure that they have a positive experience at our bar.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Bar Area: Clean and sanitize the bar area, restock supplies, and maintain a safe and healthy environment for our guests.
  • Manage Cash and Credit Transactions: Accurately process cash and credit transactions, and maintain a high level of integrity with our cash handling procedures.
  • Work with the Team: Collaborate with our servers, hosts, and other bartenders to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and that our bar area is running smoothly.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of mixology and spirits.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
