Key Responsibilities:- Engage with clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self-service resources.
- Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients as needed.
- Develop deep conversations with clients to gain in-depth knowledge of their financial and life priorities.
- Connect clients to solutions that meet their financial goals.
- Enthusiastic and highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results.
- Effective collaborator with strong relationship-building skills.
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Confident in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products, and solutions.
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor's degree or business relevant associate degree.
- Competitive hourly pay rate of $25.96.
- Predictable pay with a base salary and no incentives.
- Benefits eligibility, including industry-leading benefits and paid time off.
