Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness of various flooring surfaces through vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing in an industrial setting.
  • Sanitize restrooms, ensuring all surfaces are clean and hygienic.
  • Dust and wipe down office furniture, equipment, and other surfaces.
  • Clean and disinfect breakrooms, including all appliances and surfaces.
  • Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas as needed.
  • Manage waste disposal by emptying trash cans and replacing liners.
  • Ensure proper use and labeling of cleaning chemicals.
  • Maintain janitorial equipment in a safe and operable condition.
  • Report any irregularities or violations of policy.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Working Conditions:

  • Potential for overtime work.
  • Work may be conducted indoors or outdoors in various conditions.
  • Extensive walking or standing for prolonged periods is required.
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
