### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an HR Onboarding Coordinator. This role will be responsible for training new employees and re-training current employees to ensure they meet and maintain line speed requirements, while maximizing yield.

### Key Responsibilities

* Train new employees to perform all jobs on the Upper Deboning line
* Assist with plant quality control and problem solving
* Set up the line before the shift starts
* Ensure all employees meet and maintain line speed requirements

### Requirements

* High school diploma or GED required
* Basic knowledge of office machinery (calculator, copier, computer)
* Self-motivated and able to work without direct supervision
* Excellent attendance, safety, and work record
* Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

### Benefits

* Hourly premium position
* Bi-lingual skills a plus
