* Prepare a variety of high-quality pastries and desserts in a fast-paced environment
* Monitor and order ingredients, supplies, and equipment
* Create tasting menu desserts and specialty items for VIP guests and parties
* Ensure the pastry section of the kitchen adheres to health and safety regulations
* Develop new seasonal recipes and menus, staying up-to-date with the latest trends

Requirements:

* Creativity to design new and unique menu items
* Strong knowledge of pastry techniques
* Positive, team-player attitude
* Reliability and punctuality
* High level of quality control and presentation skills
* Stamina and speed in a fast-paced environment
* Time management skills to deliver orders on schedule and avoid wasting food
* Small business mindset with flexibility and willingness to assist wherever needed
* Ability to lift 30+ lbs unassisted
