Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Caregivers to join our team as Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Perform all duties outlined in the client's care plan/service agreement
  • Demonstrate competency in meal preparation and clean-up, homemaking, and laundry
  • Assist with mobility and walking, kitchen and bathroom maintenance, toileting and personal hygiene, medication reminders, routine transfer assistance, bathing and showering, and transportation and errand running services
Requirements
  • CPR/First Aid certification
  • Certificate showing Negative for TB
  • Valid driver's license
  • Photo copy of Social Security Card
  • Current proof of auto insurance
  • Reliable transportation
  • Agree to random drug testing
  • Completed HHA Competency test
  • Pass national background check
  • Possible Federal fingerprinting requirement

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a caregiver in a home environment with at least two (2) verifiable references.

Education/Training

Specialized training is required for all personal care. Certified Home Health Aide certification is preferred.
