Job Description

Overview

GPM Investments LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our expanding team of retail professionals. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Motivate and guide a diverse team of 8 to 15 members to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations.
  • Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth across all shifts, maintaining high store standards.
  • Expense Control: Employ proactive methods to manage store expenses, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming store environment, ensuring exceptional customer service and loyalty.
  • Recruitment and Training: Hire and develop customer-focused team members, aiding in their career progression.
  • Safety and Motivation: Promote a safe space for customers and staff while encouraging team growth and development.
  • Store Image and Branding: Ensure the store reflects the GPM Investments LLC brand image and is stocked with fresh products.
  • Other duties as assigned: Perform other tasks as required to support store operations and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older for AR, CT, FL, LA, MI, MA, MS, MO, NC, SC, TX, TN, AZ, and CO/ 21 years of age for all other states
  • Retail and/or Food Management experience
  • Willingness to work any shift as needed, offering flexibility and adaptability
  • Occasional travel for regional and district meetings
  • Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to clear a pre-employment drug screen and criminal history check
  • Prepared to complete Topshelf Manager Training (for Tennessee stores)
