Guest Advocate

We are seeking a Guest Advocate to join our team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and creating a welcoming experience for all guests. As a Guest Advocate, you will be the face of Target, interacting with guests to build trust and loyalty, and ensuring that every guest leaves with a positive experience.

• Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Engage with guests to build relationships and understand their needs, providing personalized recommendations and solutions.
• Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a seamless shopping experience.
• Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively communicate with guests.
• Adhere to Target's policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and stand for long periods, with occasional bending and reaching.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
