Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing plant equipment to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical controls, circuits, mechanical components, and pneumatic systems.
  • Apply AC and DC electrical theory; knowledge of 3-phase motor control circuits is advantageous but not required.
  • Operate and troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLCs, remote sensor interfaces, HMIs, VFDs, and other automated control systems.
  • Perform regular maintenance and repairs on manufacturing and facility equipment and systems.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity of production, processing, and plant equipment.
  • Follow directives and work autonomously when needed.
  • Safely operate forklifts, boom lifts, and scissor lifts.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork with accuracy.
  • Be flexible with scheduled and unscheduled overtime and shift changes.
  • Ensure equipment safety, comply with GMP guidelines, and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Engage in meetings, provide training, and support various roles as required.
  • Promote a culture of safety by adhering to all procedures, operating equipment safely, and reporting unsafe conditions.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Technical Certificate or Associate Degree preferred but not essential.
  • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Possess personal hand tools required for the job.
