Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Lane Server to join our team of hospitality professionals. As a Lane Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Responsibilities
  • Take orders, deliver food and beverages, and close out transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Learn and relay menu promotions, specials, and upsell opportunities to guests
  • Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly
  • Assist guests with questions, requests, and concerns
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Must meet minimum age requirement to serve alcohol (varies by state)

Work Environment

Compensation
