Job Description:

As a Cottage Supervisor- Youth Residential Program, you will be responsible for providing leadership and supervision to cottage staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality residential programming and services.

You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to address complex behavioral health needs.

Maintaining accurate records and documentation is essential, adhering to regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.

Fostering positive relationships with clients, families, and community partners promotes a culture of respect, empathy, and inclusivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as criminal justice, psychology, social work, or education; master's degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience working with children and adolescents in residential treatment, social services, or mental health settings.
  • Flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays; ability to carry an agency-provided cell phone and maintain an on-call schedule.

Salary Range: $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience.
