Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in security or a related field, with a strong background in emergency response and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including patients, visitors, staff, and law enforcement.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with flexibility to adapt to changing security needs.
  • Valid California driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle safely.
