Job Title: ACD Creative Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled ACD Creative Technologist to join our Growth Engine team at PXP, a global content and production network. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional creative technology and prototypes for pitches and new business needs.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role that requires a strong focus on conceptualizing, ideating, prototyping, designing, and building tech-based creative solutions in close collaboration with teammates. You will rapid-prototype both hardware and software solutions, quickly turning creative ideas into working prototypes for client pitches and internal reviews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize and develop innovative tech-based creative solutions for pitches and new business needs
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to investigate, conceptualize, and deliver world-class ideas
  • Rapid-prototype hardware and software solutions to bring creative ideas to life
  • Provide solutions through experimentation and pushing boundaries
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the industry
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working as a Creative Technologist in a creative agency, production studio, or related environment
  • Strong understanding of web and mobile development, AR/VR, game engines, prototyping toolkits, conversational interfaces, and AI-driven creative solutions
  • Hands-on experience with emerging AI creative tools such as RunwayML, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, Elevenlabs, and large language models like Llama, Claude, ChatGPT 4.0
  • Excellent presentation, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with creatives, technologists, and other disciplines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience participating in New Business Pitches
  • Degree in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience
