Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher at 91 Restaurant Group. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities
  • Wash and sanitize all dishes, pots, and pans to the highest standards of cleanliness
  • Segregate and remove trash and recyclables, and ensure proper disposal
  • Sweep and mop floors, and clean all surface areas, including worktables, walls, and refrigerators
  • Transport and clean cooking utensils and other serviceware
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. You will also need to be physically able to lift and move heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
