Your responsibilities will include completing assigned programming, commissioning, basic troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of fire / security systems per contract obligations. You will assist experienced personnel with solutions to systems problems, either troubleshooting the system or advising others on how to resolve problems.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma plus 2+ years of experience in installing fire or security systems. Electronics certification from an accredited technical school / military electronics training is desired. You will also need to have demonstrated effective interpersonal skills to represent the company to customers and other outside contacts.

**Required Skills:**

* High school diploma plus 2+ years of experience in installing fire or security systems

* Able to explain technical information to non-technical people
* Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record

**Preferred Skills:**

* Prior experience within the Fire/ Security industry with basic knowledge and understanding of Fire/ Security systems, database structure, network configuration and analysis
