Job Summary:

As a Shift Leader at Dunkin, you will be responsible for coaching Crew Members to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience.

You will set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Environment: Support a respectful team environment and communicate shift priorities, goals, and results with team members.
  • Guest Focus: Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant, resolve guest issues, and ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed.
  • Profitability: Drive sales goals and results, execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives, and manage cash over/short during shift.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
  • Math and writing skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • High School diploma or equivalent, preferred
